Our Story

For over a decade CCR has been operating next door to the Port of Tyne, providing some of the North Easts biggest names with temporary workers. It’s what we’ve done from day one and it’s what we will continue doing. CCR has grown to a compact team, all highly skilled and experienced in recruiting high quality candidates inside of the industrial business sector.

At CCR we are a tightly knitted team with great working relationships with both our temporary staff and companies in need of staffing solutions. We like to keep things this way to ensure you never feel like just another name on a spreadsheet.

This means you will have the flexibility to pick your shifts, have a regular weekly income and support every step of the way to answer any questions you may have.

Temporary work placements are an ideal interim solution if you are seeking regular paid work but require more flexibility with your work hours, or if you are waiting for a permanent job in the future. Many of our employers have a range of shift patterns available. We have many current workers that have been with us for years, enjoying the flexibility and reaping the rewards of regular pay.

CCR works with the majority of the biggest names in the North East when it comes to Industrial Work and is expanding. Whether you’re a tipper driver, counter balance FLTD or a Class 1 trunk driver we will have a job for you.

CCR has a brilliant relationship with every single one of its workers. You can rely on us, be reassured that you are our top priority and will be well looked after from your very first encounter. We have processes in place to ensure your safety and wellbeing in the workplace. As well as weekly regular pay, combined it really makes CCR an attractive agency to work with.

CCR regularly offers full-time employment to its work force. It isn’t uncommon for employers to offer its agency work full time permanent job positions too. If your goal is permanent employment let us know and we can discuss your options together.

A great perk to working with CCR is you will be emailed your payslip to your chosen inbox each week, every week.

To work with CCR all that we ask you to provide is the following; A British passport or birth certificate, proof of your National Insurance Number, no more than 6 points on your license, your CPC Card and Tachograph card.

No, CCR will employ you on a PAYE basis. No need to register for self-employment, no need to work your taxes out, we will take care of everything.

Submit your timesheets each week by Monday 12pm of the following week to ensure you are paid on time.

To work with CCR all that we ask you to provide is the following; A British passport or birth certificate, proof of your National Insurance Number, no more than 6 points on your license, your CPC Card and Tachograph card.
