The process couldn’t be any more straightforward, simply send us an email or give us a call and provide us with a few details of what kind of staffing support you’re looking for and we will take things from there. Once we have all the relevant information we can walk you through the next steps. Including time frames, sending over terms of business and potentially arranging a site visit if you are a new customer of CCR.

We specialise in supplying all temporary industrial workers, such as Class 1 and 2 drivers.

Temporary assignments can vary largely, we have filled week long, month long and even year long positions. At CCR we are here for as long as you need us. Most of our customers regularly use CCR in their business due to the working relationship developed, the results we can facilitate and how easy we are to use.

When it comes to staffing, we understand urgency isn’t an uncommon theme, we are used to working to quick turnaround times. It’s been known for us to even fill placements the very next day. Equally if you know you are going to need a candidate in a few weeks or months, we can work to your time schedule and put measures into place to make sure your void in future staffing is filled.

At CCR we only place the best candidates in the roles we need to fill, we ensure this through rigorous background checks, license checks, skills assessments and drug and alcohol testing. The higher quality the candidate the higher quality the service!

We offer such a specific service to specific businesses. CCR is not a jack of all trades, we only supply staff to North East based Industrial Industries. It’s what we have done from day one and it’s the reason we are so well recognised and relied upon in this field.

CCR only recruits the best candidates for its work placement positions, combine that with our specific management strategies, candidate screening and ongoing support this ensures the highest degree of reliability.

We take care of all of this for you so that you don’t need to. Our workers are employed on a PAYE basis and as a result CCR will take care of their pension and holiday pay.

As long as the candidate is happy to, we can facilitate this and help in the transition from temporary to permanent employment. Many of our temporary workers have taken offers from employers to transition full time.

At CCR we take pride in the service we are able to offer to both those looking for regular work and those looking for temporary staff.
